Allyis Honored as the Best Medium Sized Company to Work For in Washington by Washington CEO Magazine

Kirkland, WA. - Kirkland, Washington based Allyis, a technology consulting firm, announced today that it was selected as the best medium-sized company to work for in Washington by Washington CEO magazine, coming in first among more than 50 competitors. The award was presented at the June 19 awards banquet acknowledging the company's accomplishments in workplace excellence, corporate culture and leadership.

"Allyis' organic growth and tremendous success is tied inextricably to the amazing people that lend their technical skills and innovation, commitment to excellence, and incredible work ethic to each and every project Allyis takes on," says Richard Law, CEO. "We are deeply grateful to both our employees and to Washington CEO for honoring something that is so much a part of our business philosophy. It's my personal hope that awards such as this will help shine a light on the importance of treating employees with dignity and respect; honoring the value of people's lives in the context of their work has broad implications for the health and happiness of our community as a whole."

Allyis was selected from among more than 400 companies nominated for consideration. The July issue of the magazine will feature the rankings in four categories - large, medium, small and non-profit/government.

"The companies included in the list have demonstrated that they value their employees and their contributions to overall success," said Bob Ritter, publisher and chief executive officer of the magazine. "Our evaluation is extensive. It includes surveys of both employees and management with the top winners selected by a distinguished group of human resource professionals."

Ipsos Research tabulated all surveys and supplied analysis. Those results were then reviewed by an independent team of judges who determined the final ranking.

Allyis has recently been honored by KING 5's Evening Magazine, Seattle Metropolitan Magazine, and the Seattle Post-Intelligencer for its family-friendly environment and policies.

"Allyis continues to demonstrate leadership industry-wide and sets an example for all businesses in the Puget Sound region of just what becomes possible when employees are treated with genuine kindness and respect," said Mark Hewitt, director of human resources.
