- Ethan Yarbrough, president and co-founder of Allyis, Inc. will be a moderator at the upcoming PR+MKTG Camp taking place in Seattle March 3. PR+MKTG Camp Seattle is an intimate, highly interactive, one-day event to tackle social media issues facing PR and marketing professionals. Attendees at all levels come together to share experiences, address problems and identify strategies and new business opportunities.
Key takeaways for attendees are:
- A better understanding of the strategy and tools behind social media for PR and marketing
- A network of professionals built upon an intimate setting and interactive discussion
- A comprehensive summary of the day and discussion notes that you can share with clients and colleagues
The format of the PR+MKTG camp is social and open. It avoids many of the conventions of a typical conference. There will be no panels or lengthy "talking head" PowerPoint presentations. Moderators ("camp counselors") will guide break out groups ("cabins") in interactive peer discussions through different scenarios based on real, current business issues. The goal of each of the four sessions is to come up with solutions that participants can take back to the office and implement. The number of moderators and participants is limited in order to allow greater participation and an ideal way to explore a full range of topics.
